1. Processing Time
All orders placed on 8848Herbs.com require a standard processing time of 3 to 4 business days before they are dispatched from our warehouse in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Processing times do not include Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping & Delivery
Once your order is processed and handed over to our delivery partners, you will receive a tracking link via email. Standard transit time for delivery is approximately 7 days after dispatch. Please note that we currently strictly offer domestic shipping within India; we do not fulfill international orders at this time.

3. Free Delivery
We offer free standard delivery across India to all serviceable PIN codes. Delivery availability and estimated timelines depend on your location and courier serviceability. Please enter your PIN code at checkout to confirm delivery availability.

Courier coverage may be limited, or delivery may take longer, in some areas. These are examples only and not an automatic exclusion:
