How fast will someone reply?

WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us. Replies usually arrive within a few hours, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST. Email replies arrive within one business day. Messages received on Sundays or national holidays are answered the next working morning.

Will the parcel say what's inside it?

No. Packaging is plain on the outside, no brand, no product name, no imagery. The entity name that appears on your card or UPI statement is neutral too. Cash on delivery is available if you'd rather not pay online at all.

Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?

Yes, as long as it hasn't been dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll amend the delivery address or cancel it outright. Once it is with the courier it can no longer be cancelled, and we do not take returns on products that are not damaged.

The product I want is out of stock. When is it back?

There's only one harvest a year, in a single short season, so when a batch runs out it genuinely runs out. We won't fill the gap with a lowland substitute to keep the shelf looking full. If it isn't from the mountains, it isn't as strong. Message us and we'll tell you the honest date, or add you to the list for the next batch.

Can you tell me what dose to take?

We can tell you what's on the label, what's in the bottle, and how people typically take it, regularly, over months rather than weeks. What we won't do is prescribe. 8848 Herbs is nutritional support, not medicine. It's meant to sit alongside what your doctor gives you, not replace it. If you're on prescribed medication or being treated for something, speak to your physician first.

What if my order arrives broken or wrong?

Message us on WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the product and the parcel. We replace a damaged or wrong item. We do not accept returns or refunds on products that are not damaged. Full terms are in our replacement policy.

Where do you ship, and what does it cost?

Jaskwellness Private Limited, registered at 96, Taneja Block, Saket Colony, Adarsh Nagar, Jaipur, Jaipur Nagar Nigam Area, Rajasthan 302004. Extraction, filling and sealing happen in a GMP-certified facility that is ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 compliant. The plants themselves are wild-harvested in the Himalayas by local communities.
