No. Every 8848 Herbs order ships in plain, unmarked packaging — no product name, no brand imagery, nothing on the outside that describes the contents. The label shows only what couriers require: a delivery address and a consignment number.
How does the delivery process work?

- Dispatch — your parcel ships in plain packaging with free shipping across India.
- Tracking — use your Order ID and billing email on our Track My OrderMy Orders page, or the AWB number from your dispatch SMS on Shiprocket.
- Delivery — the courier sees a parcel, nothing more.
What about cash on delivery?
